At Art Addikts, we want you to love your custom apparel! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy with a full refund, excluding shipping and handling.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date, and the apparel must have been washed according to the care instructions. Items that have been washed incorrectly or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible for a return. Additionally, custom designs featuring personalized names, dates, or other unique details cannot be returned unless there is a printing defect. Any items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please email us at Toni@artaddikts.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to us at your own expense. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund, excluding shipping and handling, back to your original payment method.

At Art Addikts, we work hard to get your custom apparel and gifts to you as quickly as possible! All orders are shipped via standard U.S. shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days after processing.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If an issue arises, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier with your tracking information for assistance.
